Tweedie or Tweedy is a Scots clan name. The Clan Tweedie is a sept o the Clan Fraser, but is considered an Armigerous clan. The name is derived frae the lands o Tweedie which wur alang the Valley o the River Tweed in Peebleshire in the Scots Borders.
