Novosibirsk Oblast (Roushie: Новосиби́рская о́бласть, Novosibirskaya oblast) is a federal subject o Roushie (an oblast) locatit in soothwastren Siberie. Its admeenistrative an economic center is the ceety o Novosibirsk. Population: 2,665,911 (2010 Census).[9]
