Murmansk Oblast (Roushie: Му́рманская о́бласть, Murmanskaya oblast) is a federal subject o Roushie (an oblast), locatit in the northwastren pairt o Roushie. Its admeenistrative center is the ceety o Murmansk. Population: 795,409 (2010 Census).[9]
