Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (Roushie: Яма́ло-Нене́цкий автоно́мный о́круг, Yamalo-Nenetsky Avtonomny Okrug; Nenets: Ямалы-Ненёцие’’ автономной ӈокрук), is a federal subject o Roushie (an autonomous okrug o Tyumen Oblast). The region an aw accoonts for 12% o Roushie's ile production.[13] The region is o utmaist importance tae Roushie's lairgest company Gazprom, whose main production fields are locatit thare. Novatek – the kintra's seicont lairgest gas producer – is an aw active in the region, wi its heidquarteres locatit in Tarko-Sale.
