Karkkila (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈkɑrkːilɑ]; Swadish: Högfors) is a toun an a municipality o Finland.

It is locatit in the province o Soothren Finland an is pairt o the Uusimaa region. The municipality haes a population o 9,125 (31 August 2013)[2] an the municipality covers an aurie 255.31 square kilometres (98.58 sq mi) o which 12.95 square kilometres (5.00 sq mi) is inland watter (2011-01-01).[1] The population densitie is 38 inhabitants per square kilometre (98/sq mi) (31 August 2013).

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
