Supportit bi the ainimals are twa ryal five-tiered umbrellas. In atween is a ryal croun wi a ray o licht at its tap. Beneath the croun are an Unalome sign, twa pedestaled platters layered on tap o ilk ither wi a sacred swuird an a Khmer version o the seembol for Aum sittin on tap. The Khmer leid phrase on the bottom the ryal coat o airms translates tae: Preah Chao (ryal or auspicious ruler) - Krung (aurie, or in this case, kinrick) - Kampuchea (Cambodie), sicweys, Keeng o the Kinrick o Cambodie.
