Réunion (French: La Réunion, IPA: [la 'ʁeynjɔ̃] (
listen); previously Île Bourbon) is a French island wi a population o aboot 800,000 locatit in the Indie Ocean, east o Madagascar, aboot 200 kilometre (120 mi) sooth wast o Mauritius, the nearest island.
