Nemi is a toun an comune in the province o Roum (central Italy), in the Alban Hills owerleukin Lake Nemi, a volcanic crater loch. It is 6 km (4 mi) NW o Velletri an aboot 30 km (18 mi) sootheast o Roum.
The toun's name derives frae the Laitin nemus, or "holy wood".
