Mushayrafet al-Samouk (Arabic: مشيرفة الساموك) is a toun in northwastren Sirie, admeenistratively pairt o the Latakia Govrenorate, locatit north o Latakia. Nearbi localities include Kirsana an Burj al-Qasab tae the wast, al-Shamiyah tae the northwast, al-Qanjarah an Baksa tae the soothwast. Accordin tae the Sirie Central Bureau o Statistics, Sitmarkho haed a population o 4,000 in the 2004 census.[1]
