The Municipality o Beltinci (Slovene: Občina Beltinci) is a municipality in the Prekmurje region o northeastren Slovenie. Its seat is the dounset o Beltinci. The municipality haes 8,256 inhabitants. It wis a sanjak unner the name Balatin that initially belangit tae the Budin Eyalet, an later the Kanije Eyalet, durin Ottoman rule afore the Treaty o Karlowitz.
