Föglö is an island municipality o Åland, an autonomous territory o Finland.
The municipality haes a population o 502 (28 Februar 2023)[2] an covers an aurie o 1,869.07 square kilometre (721.65 sq mi) o which 1,734.24 km2 (669.59 sq mi) is watter.[1] The population densitie is 3.72 inhabitants per square kilometre (9.6/sq mi). The municipality is unilingually Swadish, yet in the last decade thare haes been some immigration frae Estonie an Latvie due tae the need o employees at the fish ferms, the main industrie in Föglö. The municipality is connectit anerlie bi ferries tae Lumparland which haes road connection tae Mariehamn, an bi ferries tae Kumlinge whaur thare is a ferry to mainland Finland. Thare are plans tae build a road tunnel tae Lemland, likely tae be opened aroond 2015.
