Sumy Oblast (Ukrainian: Сумська область, translit. Sums’ka oblast’; an aw referred tae as Sumshchyna – Ukrainian: Сумщина) is an oblast (province) in the northeastren pairt o Ukraine. The admeenistrative center o the oblast is the ceety o Sumy.
