Luhansk Oblast (Ukrainian: Луганська область, translit. Luhans’ka oblast’, Roushie: Луганская область‎, translit. Luganskaya oblast; also referred to as Luhanshchyna – Ukrainian: Луганщина or locally as Luhan' (Лугань)) is the eastmaist oblast (province) o Ukraine. Its admeenistrative center is Luhansk.
