Härryda Municipality (Härryda kommun) is a municipality in Västra Götaland Coonty in wastren Swaden. Its seat is locatit in the toun o Mölnlycke, wi aboot 15,000 inhabitants.
Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport, Swaden's seicont-lairgest airport is situatit near the locality o Härryda, efter which the municipality is namit. The airport is namit efter Landvetter, the seicont biggest toun in the municipality. City Airline haes its heid office in the Air Cargo Building on the grunds o the airport.[3] Transwede Airways existit, its heid office wis on the airport property.[4]
Härryda Municipality borders clockwise tae the municipalities o Lerum, Bollebygd, Mark, Mölndal, Gothenburg an Partille.
The present municipality wis creatit in 1971 through the amalgamation o the umwhile municipalities o Björketorp, Landvetter an Råda.
Till 19 November 2007 the municipality wis the anerlie ane in Swaden lackin a coat o airms, just using a logotype.[5]
