Stenungsund Municipality (Stenungsunds kommun) is a municipality in Västra Götaland Coonty in wastren Swaden. Its seat is locatit in the toun o Stenungsund. The municipality is situatit bi the sea inside the islands Orust an Tjörn an traversed bi the E6 an Bohus Line, in which it haes three stops (Stora Höga, Stenungsund and Svenshögen).
