Norashen (Armenie: Նորաշեն; umwhile, Efendi) is a toun in the Gegharkunik Province o Armenie. The toun wis foondit in 1920 on the steid o the umwhile veelage o Rahmankendi. The toun haes a kirk an a cemetery.
