Aroma province is locatit atween 16° 43' an 17° 35' sooth an atween 67° 22' an 68° 23' Wast. It extends ower 120 km frae northwast tae sootheast, an up tae 55 km frae northeast tae soothwast.

The province is situatit on the Bolivie Altiplano sootheast o Lake Titicaca an borders Ingavi Province in the northwast, Pacajes Province in the wast, Gualberto Villarroel Province in the sooth, Oruro Depairtment in the sootheast, Loayza Province in the east, an Pedro Domingo Murillo Province in the north.
