Storozhynets Raion (Ukrainian: Сторожинецький район, Romanie: Raionul Storojineţ) is a raion (admeenistrative destrict) in Chernivtsi Oblast, (province) in the soothwast o Ukraine, admeenistrative centre is Storozhynets. It borders wi Romanie frae sooth, Vyzhnytsia Raion frae wast, Kitsman Raion frae north, municipality o Chernivtsi an Hlyboka Raion frae east.

Accordin tae the 2001 Ukrainian Census, the raion's population wis 95,295.[1] The ethnic composition o the destrict's population as reportit bi the census: 56,786 Ukrainians, 35,095 Romanians, 1,367 Roushies, 307 Moldovans, an 1,740 ither.
