Robin Charles Moreton Harper, FRSSA (born 4 August 1940) is a Scots politician, an wis a memmer o the Scots Pairlament (MSP) fur the Lothians region frae 1999 til 2011. He wis co-convener o the Scots Greens frae 2004 til 2008. Harper wis electit in the furst elections o the modren Scots Pairlament, an wis the furst Green pairlamentarian in the Unitit Kinrick.

Harper wis born in Thirsa, Caitnes. He wis eddicatit at St Marylebone Grammar School, Lunnon, an Elgin Academy, Moray. He graduatit frae the Varsity o Aiberdeen in 1962. He haed thrift as an Inglis teacher in Kenya, then a Modren Studies teacher at Boroughmuir High School in Edinburgh.[1]

Harper wis a memmer o the Lothian Children's Panel atween 1985 til 1988 an Lothian Heal Cooncil atween 1993 til 1998.[2]
