Nor Astghaberd (Armenie: Նոր Աստղաբերդ; umwhile, Payahan (Armenie: Փայահան), Romanisit as P’ayahan an Payagan, an Bakavank an aw) is a commonty an veelage in the Syunik Province o Armenie.
