Bahrain, offeecially Kinrick o Bahrain (Arabic: مملكة البحرين‎, Mamlakat al-Baḥrayn, leeterally: "Kinrick o the Twa Seas"), is a sma island kintra in the Persie Gulf ruled bi the Al Khalifa ryal faimily. While Bahrain is an archipelago o thirty-three islands, the lairgest (Bahrain Island) is 55 km (34 mi) lang bi 18 km (11 mi) wide. Saudi Arabie lies tae the wast an is connectit tae Bahrain via the Keeng Fahd Causeway, which wis offeecially opened on 25 November 1986. Qatar is tae the sootheast athort the Gulf o Bahrain.
