The Destrict o Vlorë (Albanie: Rrethi i Vlorës) is ane o the thirty-sax destricts o Albanie, pairt o Vlorë Coonty. Its population o 151,314[2] (2010 estimate). The destrict haes a laund aurie o 1,609 km². It is in the sooth-wast o the kintra, an its caipital is Vlorë. Its population includes a Greek minority.[3][4] The destrict consists o the follaein municipalities:
Ither places in this destrict include Dhërmi, Ujë i Ftohtë, Palasë, Nartë an Kocul.
Vlorë is the closest pynt o the Albanie coast tae the Italian peninsulae. The destrict weel kent for it coastline (see photo linkit below).
