Valéry Marie René Georges Giscard d'Estaing (French pronunciation: [valeʁi ʒiskaʁ dɛstɛ̃]; born 2 Februar 1926 in Koblenz, Germany; d. 2 December 2020) wis a French centrist politeecian. He wis a memmer of the Constitutional Council of Fraunce.[1] He served as Preses o Fraunce frae 1974 til 1981.
