Swisserland–Turkey relations
Swiss–Turkis relations are foreign relations atween Swisserland an Turkey. Swisserland haes an embassy in Ankara an a consulate-general in Istanbul. Turkey haes an embassy in Bern and consulates-general in Zürich and Geneva. Baith kintras are full members o the Cooncil o Europe, the OECD, the OSCE an the WTO.
Demographics

Espionage
[eedit | eedit soorce]In Mairch 2017, the Swiss Office o the Attorney General launched an investigation intae possible surveillance o the Turkis community in Swisserland.[2] Those suspectit o conductin the espionage reportitly wirked at the Turkis embassy in Bern.[2] The suspects reportitly monitored pairteecipants o a poleetical protest at the Varsity o Zurich an attemptit tae kidnap in 2016 a Swiss-Turkis businessman linked tae the Gülen movement in Zürich.[2] Turkish Ambassador Ilhan Saygili denied the allegations.[2]
