The Rt. Hon. Sir Herbert Eustace Maxwell, 7t Baronet o Monreith, KT, PC, FRS,[1] FRGS (8 Januar 1845 – 30 October 1937) wis a Scots novelist, essayist, airtist, horticulturalist an Conservative politeecian that sat in the Hoose o Commons frae 1880 tae 1906.[2]
