Shumen Province (Bulgarie: Област Шумен, transliterated Oblast Shumen, umwhile name Shumen okrug) is a province in northeastren Bulgarie namit efter its main ceety Shumen. It is dividit intae 10 municipalities wi a total population, as o December 2009, o 194,090 inhabitants.[2][3][4]
