Oktyabrsky Destrict (Roushie: Октя́брьский райо́н) is a admeenistrative[1] an municipal[3] destrict (raion), ane o the forty-three in Rostov Oblast, Roushie. It is locatit in the wastren central pairt o the oblast. The aurie o the destrict is 1,998.7 square kilometer (771.7 sq mi). Its admeenistrative centre is the urban locality (a wirk dounset) o Kamenolomni.[1] Population: 73,224 (2010 Census);[4] 78,983 (2002 Census);[7] 66,566 (1989 Census).[8] The population o Kamenolomni accoonts for 15.4% o the destrict's total population.[4]
