Orlovsky Destrict (Roushie: Орло́вский райо́н) is a admeenistrative[1] an municipal[2] destrict (raion), ane of the fowerty-three in Rostov Oblast, Roushie. It is locatit in the sootheast o the oblast. The aurie o the destrict is 3,300 square kilometer (1,300 sq mi). Its admeenistrative center is the landwart locality (a dounset) o Orlovsky.[1] Population: 40,894 (2010 Census);[3] 41,768 (2002 Census);[6] 39,386 (1989 Census).[7] The population o the admeenistrative center accoonts for 48.9% o the destrict's total population.[3]
