Neklinovsky Destrict (Roushie: Некли́новский райо́н) is a admeenistrative[1] an municipal[2] destrict (raion), ane o the fowerty-three in Rostov Oblast, Roushie. It is locatit in the wast o the oblast, immediately adjacent tae the border wi Ukraine's Donetsk Oblast. It surroonds the ceety o Taganrog on that ceety's laundwaird side. The aurie o the destrict is 2,148 square kilometer (829 sq mi). Its admeenistrative centre is the landwart locality (a selo) o Pokrovskoye.[1] Population: 84,915 (2010 Census);[3] 82,706 (2002 Census);[6] 77,775 (1989 Census).[7] The population o Pokrovskoye accoonts for 14.6% o the destrict's total population.[3]
