Massanes is a Spainyie municipality o the province o Girona, in the comarca o the Selva in Catalonie. It is situatit on the left bank o the Tordera river. Local roads link the toun wi the A-7 autopista, the C-251 road an the RENFE railwey station shared wi Maçanet de la Selva.
