Ghat (Arabic: غات Ġāt) is ane o the destricts o Libie. Its caipital is Ghat.
Tae the wast, Ghat borders twa provinces o Algerie: Tamanghasset in the far soothwast, an Illizi Province itherwise. It an aa haes a short border wi the Agadez Depairtment o Niger in the far sooth. Domestically, it borders the follaein destricts:
- Wadi Al Shatii - north
- Wadi Al Hayaa - northeast
- Murzuq - east
