Kafr el-Sheikh (Arabic: كفر الشيخ Kafr al Šayḫ) is the caipital o the Kafr el-Sheikh Govrenorate, Egyp, aboot 134 km north o Cairo, in the Nile Delta. As o November 2006, the toun haed a population o 147,380 inhabitants.[1]
