Interwikis where?[eedit soorce]

The standard place for interwikis is in Brazil Labelled Map/doc. I moved them there; it failed to work.
Sometimes interwikis are in a buffer, and an explicit purge is required to update. However, there is no purge in the documentation area.
The interwikis here are in the main article because that is where they are in enwiki.
Why? Because for some reason, enwiki is suppressing the link to /doc, although it is not happening here. The /doc link is visible here.
