Rhoda Island
Rhoda Island or Rawdah Island, (Arabic: جزيرة الروضة, Gezīret er-Rōdah an Al Manyal ar-Rawdah), is a island locatit on the Nile in central Cairo.[1]
The El-Manial Destrict, an the Al-Manyal Palace Museum an gardens, are locatit on the island. It is wast o historic Auld Cairo, athort a smaw branch o the Nile. The island haes ane o the auldest Islamic buildings in Egyp, the Nilometer on its soothren tip.[1]
