Myrath (which means Legacy), a metal baund frae Tunis, Tunisie, stairtit oot as a teenage cover baund formit in 2001 bi guitarist Malek Ben Arbia (who wis 13 year auld at the time) an became in juist a few years, a respectit baund bi the international prog-pouer metal community. Myrath performit in a couple o heichlie ratit festivals as well.

Their first twa releases are “Hope" in September 2007, an "Desert Call" in Januar 2010. Their style is mainly defined as "Oriental Metal". Myrath's destinctive metal style is blendit wi oriental rhythms, scales an harmonies. Myrath haes filmed a video clip for a sang oot o "Tales of the Sands", their latest album, an will support Orphaned Land in a ane month lang European tour stairtin in November 2011 an anither Tour wi Tarja Turunen in Februar 2012.
