Whan thir principles are writtin intae an aesome instrument, thae instruments mey be said tae embody a writtin constitution; gif thae are writtin intae a comprehensive instrument, thae are said tae embody a codified constitution. Some constitutions (sic as the constitution o Unitit Kinrick) are uncodified, but writtin in mony fundamental Acts o a legislatur, coort matters or treaties.
