Centro is ane o the 17 subdiveesions o the Mexican state o Tabasco. Its municipal seat is locatit in the ceety o Villahermosa. The municipality haed a 2010 census population o 640,359 inhabitants, 353,577 (55.2%) o whom livit in its municipal seat, Villahermosa.
The municipal govrenment is heidit bi the municipal preses (mayor) o Centro.
