Auldgirth is a veelage on the A76 road in the historical coonty o Dumfriesshire, in Dumfries an Gallowa, Scotland.[1] The veelage featurs the Auldgirth Inn, and the umwhile Auldgirth Primary School that closed in 2000.[2] Oreeginal the woners o Auldgirth flitted til the schame, situatit neist til the A76, bit in recent years this haes eikit til the ootby auries acause o renewin programmes.
