The Ovidiopol Raion (Ukrainian: Овідіопольський район) is locatit in the Odessa Oblast o Ukraine. Its admeenistrative centre is the toun o Ovidiopol. The population o the destrict wis 60,308 in 2001. Accordin tae the 2001 Ukrainian census the population wis 79% Ukrainian, 15% Roushie, 2% Moldovan, 1% Bulgarie, an 1% Belaroushie.[1]
The shore o the Black Sea forms the sootheastren edge o the destrict an the shore o the Dniester Liman forms the soothwastren edge.
