Valderrubio is a municipality in the province o Granada, Spain.[2] As o 2021, it haes a population o 2095 inhabitants.[3]
The poet Federico García Lorca bade in the veellage as a wee bairn, atweesh 1905 an 1909.[4] At that time it was kent Asquerosa (meanin 'manky' in Spaingie). It was renamed Valderrubio in 1943.[5]
