The Scots Pairlament Biggin (Inglis: Scottish Parliament Building, Scots Gaelic: Pàrlamaid na h-Alba)[2] is the hame o the Scots Pairlament at Halyruid, athin the UNESCO Warld Heritage Steid in central Edinburgh.[3] Construction o the biggin stairtit in Juin 1999 an the Memmers o the Scots Pairlament (MSPs) haud thair first debate in the new biggin on 7 September 2004.
