Nigel de Jong (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈnɑjdʒəl də ˈjɔŋ]; born 30 November 1984) is a Dutch professional fitbawer who plays as a midfielder for Qatar Stars League club Al-Shahania. He jyned the Ajax youth academy as a youngster an wirked his way through the ranks tae mak the first team at age 17. Twa year later, he made his internaitional debut an wan a 2010 Warld Cup runner-up medal.
