Maiolo is a comune (municipality) in the Province o Rimini in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, locatit aboot 135 km sootheast o Bologna an aboot 35 km sooth o Rimini. As o 31 Dizember 2004, it haed a population o 807 an a aurie o 24.4 km².[1]

Efter the referendum o 17 an 18 Dizember 2006, Maiolo wis detached frae the Province o Pesaro an Urbino (Marche) tae join Emilia-Romagna an the Province o Rimini on 15 August 2009.[2][3]
