A haundbaw is a foul gesture in the game of fitbaw, one of thay players uses his haund to contact the baw. The resulting penalisation is usually a free-kick awarded to the opposing fitbaw team unless in the penalty box where they may be awarded a penalty. This excludes the goalkeeper.

Aw thay rules depend on whether or no the referee sees it as a "deliberate haundbaw".
