Brisighella is a comune (municipality) in the province o Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
Brisighella borders the follaein municipalities: Casola Valsenio, Castrocaro Terme e Terra del Sole, Faenza, Forlì, Marradi, Modigliana, Palazzuolo sul Senio, Riolo Terme. It oreeginates frae a rocca castle ordered bi Maghinardo Pagani an later expandit bi Francesco Manfredi, laird o Faenza.
It is the birthplace o Dino Monduzzi (1922—2006), a cardinal o the Roman Catholic Kirk.
