White tea is made frae Camellia sinensis.

Currently thare isnae a general acceptit definition o white tea an vera little internaitional agreement. Ane soorce says that white tea is minimal processed tea (jist dryin, nae fermentation or ither procedures)^[1] Anither says that "white tea is made frae buds an young leafs, that is steamed or fired tae inactivate polyphenol oxidase, an then dried."^[2]
