Request reason: My IP address 2001:470:69c9:0:470c:b335:88bc:9d83 (and all others on my IPv6 network 2001:470:69c9::/48) has been blocked. I use Hurricane Electric's IPv6 proxying service in order to test IPv6. It works well for other services and I don't understand why Wikipedia is blocking it.
