This template provides a simple link tae the Digitalen Historischen Ortsverzeichnis von Sachsen (HOV) ("Digital Historic Index o Places in Saxony" in Germany) creatit bi the Institute for Saxon History an Cultur (Instituts für Sächsische Geschichte und Volkskunde) (ISGV).

Parameters

There are twa parameters, that are baith optional:

{{HOV |URL= |Name= }}

URL contains the character string as uised bi http://hov.isgv.de/. If the parameter is nae entered, the airticle title is uised (critical for airticle moves). This parameter must nae contain any spaces.
Name contains the displayed placename. If the parameter is nae entered, the airticle title is displayed.

Examples

{{HOV}} in the Dresden airticle produces:
- Dresden in the Digital Historic Index o Places in Saxony (Digitalen Historischen Ortsverzeichnis von Sachsen)
{{HOV}} in the Bad Brambach airticle produces:
- Bad Brambach in the Digital Historic Index o Places in Saxony (Digitalen Historischen Ortsverzeichnis von Sachsen)
{{HOV}} in the Spremberg airticle produces a nonsensical result because there is a namin conflict.

{{HOV|Kunnersdorf,_Spitz-}} und {{HOV|URL=Kunnersdorf,_Spitz-}} in the Spitzkunnersdorf airticle produces:
- Spitzkunnersdorf in the Digital Historic Index o Places in Saxony (Digitalen Historischen Ortsverzeichnis von Sachsen)

{{HOV|Name=Schönau-Berzdorf a. d. Eigen}} in the Schönau-Berzdorf airticle produces:
