Quail is a collective name for several genera o mid-sized birds generally placed in the order Galliformes.
Mony quail are noo fermed fur fuid, an their eggs are eaten an aw; in 2007, 40 million quail wir producit in the Unitit States o America., where they are huntit in the wild an aw.[1] In the Unitit Kinrick wild quail is at risk (amber) Birds of Conservation Concern 4: the Red List for Birds (2021) an is protectit by law.[2]
