Istanbul Airport (IATA: ISTICAO: LTFM) (Turkis: İstanbul Havalimanı)[3] is the main internaitional airport servin Istanbul, Turkey. It is locatit in the Arnavutköy destrict on the European side o the ceety.

Aw scheduled commercial passenger flichts wur transferred frae Istanbul Atatürk Airport tae Istanbul Airport on 6 Apryle 2019, follaein the closur o Istanbul Atatürk Airport for scheduled passenger flichts.[4] The IATA airport code IST wis transferred tae the new airport an aw.[5] Ance aw phases completit in 2028, it will accommodate 200 million passengers a year.[6]
